Use Apple Health and iCloud deliberately

Apple-native services can give Bodix a better starting point and better continuity, but it helps to understand what each one does.

Bodix is designed to stay close to Apple-native services instead of building a noisy account system around your body data.

Apple Health can help you start with history

If Apple Health already contains your weight history, importing it can make Bodix immediately more useful because the app starts with context instead of an empty graph.

iCloud sync helps with continuity

When iCloud sync is available and enabled, Bodix can keep the same data available across your supported Apple devices.

That is useful for consistency, but it is still worth understanding that Apple controls the sync infrastructure.

Privacy still starts with your own device habits

Even with Apple-native services, your privacy depends on basics such as device security, account protection, and careful handling of any exported data you move outside the app.
